Company History
Right Construction Pte Ltd was established in 1994 in Singapore, during a time of rapid growth in the nation’s-built environment. From its early years, the company focused on delivering reliable, high-quality construction services that contributed to Singapore’s housing and infrastructure needs. With a strong emphasis on safety, professionalism, and workmanship, the company steadily built its reputation within the local construction sector.
A key milestone came when Right Construction achieved the A1 grading in 2014 under the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) CW01 – General Building category. This recognition allowed the company to tender for public sector building projects of unlimited value. It also reflected the firm’s financial capability, technical competence, and proven track record in managing complex construction projects. Over the years, Right Construction became an active and trusted partner in Housing & Development Board (HDB) projects, helping to shape Singapore’s iconic public housing landscape.
In 2025, the company entered a new chapter when Jin Cheng Pte Ltd acquired the ownership and management of Right Construction. The company has since expanded into new areas to meet evolving future industry demands. Under the leadership of Jin Cheng Pte Ltd, Right Construction broadened its scope to include registration under CW02 work head Civil Engineering and will also be entering other related fields like electrical works, positioning itself as a more versatile and multi-disciplinary contractor.
